HOW TO APPLY?

1. Type a letter, in 300 words or less, explaining how this scholarship would help you. Please describe your aptitude and motivation for your continued study in your area of specialization, including your preparation for this field of study, your academic plans, and your future career goals. Please be specific about how a reimbursement from the Mobile County Deputy Sheriff and Correctional Officer Foundation would be of assistance to you.

2. Submit two letters of recommendation- one from supervisor and one from chief deputy/warden

3. Fill out the “Course Pre-Approval Application” form

Print and mail these three items to P.O. Box 1925 Mobile, AL 36633

Note: Reimbursement grants are competitive and funding is limited on an annual basis.
